Being a human comes with some baggage—we learn how to think and feel from a very young age. Picture it as being trained to act and react in certain ways.
Now here’s the thing…
Beyond this training is our true selves, untouched and untrained.
This part of us is where the magic happens, where we can be more than what we’ve been taught.
Think about what’s going on around us. Our thoughts are like energy waves, and they can affect how we think individually.
It’s not magic—it’s just how our minds work.
Lately, the world has been a bit crazy, right? It’s easy to get caught up in the chaos. What’s important is to stay aware, to stay conscious, and take charge of our own energy.
Ask yourself how your life is going. Are you mostly living in the moment or are you constantly running through a to-do list?
When we’re truly listening and feeling the moment, we’re in a state of “being.”
It’s a relaxed, intuitive state where we see things more clearly and feel more at peace.
In our interactions with others, every meeting is a chance for something special. It’s about seeing the good in everyone, even if we don’t agree with them. We don’t have to follow the crowd or get caught up in this chaos. Just be.
In the midst of everything, take a moment to listen, feel, and pay attention. It’s about being present. It’s in these moments our true selves shine, and we see things for what they really are.
