As we move through life, it’s essential to take a step back and reflect on our journey.
This past year has brought its fair share of challenges and accomplishments. I find myself thinking about what I’ve achieved, what I’ve had to face, and what I need to strive for in the future.
Take a moment to do the same and ask yourself:
What has challenged me the most this year? What have I achieved or overcome? What would I like the next year to look like?
While it’s important to have goals, it’s equally vital to stay present and appreciate where we are right now.
I’ve realized I want more peace, truth, honesty, and camaraderie in my life. This includes my relationships with family, friends, and even our furry companions.
Being connected to all sentient beings, nature, and the earth enriches our lives in so many ways.
As I sit and admire the beauty of the trees, the sun streaming through the leaves, and the birds singing, I am filled with gratitude.
Life is truly beautiful, and there is so much to be thankful for.
It’s a reminder to let go of resentments and embrace forgiveness. We all make mistakes, and when we know better, we do better.
Forgiving others, as well as ourselves, is crucial. Everyone’s experience is unique, and sometimes we may feel hurt by others’ actions.
However, holding onto these feelings only hinders our growth. Like the mighty oak, we must stay steady and grounded, allowing life’s differences to work around us without shaking our core.
Remember, you are enough just as you are. Embrace your authentic self and find strength in your roots.
Be well and shine bright!
